Refund Policy

We want you to love what you order. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work at Curated By African Icon.

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items that show signs of wear, odor, or damage will not be accepted.

Exchanges
Need a different size? We offer free size exchanges within the same 14-day window, subject to availability. Contact us to arrange your exchange before sending anything back.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect (wrong item sent). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items
Final sale, clearance, or discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at curatedbyafricanicon@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
