Order Processing
Orders are processed within [1–3] business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days — we'll notify you by email if there's a significant delay.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic shipping: [3–7] business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed — delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, Curated By African Icon is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply once your package reaches its destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by your local customs office.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Curated By African Icon is not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed after being marked as delivered by the carrier. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us at curatedbyafricanicon@gmail.com and we'll help however we can.
